Will Thumbtack ban my account for using this?
No. LeadPilot is built to use the official Thumbtack Partner API over OAuth — we're completing Thumbtack's partner approval process before going live. We never scrape and never ask for your Thumbtack password, so there's nothing for Thumbtack to penalize.
Does LeadPilot send messages for me automatically?
No. That's the difference. LeadPilot only suggests drafts. Every message that goes to a customer is sent by you, after you read it. There is no auto-send.
How does the lead scoring work?
We score every lead from 0–100 on three signals: intent (is this a real job?), fit (does it match what you do?), and value (is it worth your time?). The score updates as the conversation develops.
What if I disagree with the drafted reply?
Edit it. LeadPilot learns from your edits — over a few weeks, drafts start sounding like you. You can also skip the draft entirely and write your own. The coach note still applies.
Where do the reminders come?
Wherever you want them. Telegram is the default, SMS is opt-in, and there's a push notification option in the iOS / Android app. Pick one or all three.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One-click disconnect from Thumbtack. No contract, no minimum, no cancellation call. Billing stops the next cycle and your data export is yours.
